Feature Staircase
For high-end office fit-out project
The brief for this project was to design a feature staircase to visually and physically connect the 6 floors of the clients office space. The design had the added challenges of fitting within existing slab openings, meeting building regulations and creating a high-quality finished product for the design focused client.
Commercial Retail Fit-Out
New Marks and Spencers Foodhall
This project entailed the production of a full set of construction drawings for the fit-out of a new Marks and Spencers Foodhall. The drawing package was completed in Revit, with the building and fit-out elements fully modeled in 3D.
Commercial Office Fit-Out
New Head Office for Global Brand
This project was for the fit-out of six floors of office space for the clients new head office. I worked on the design development stage of this project, working closely with the client to develop the layout and design of the office spaces, to ensure that all their needs were met.
Doctor's Surgery Extension
Finchampstead Surgery
This project was for the extension of the Finchampstead Doctors Surgery, including the addition of several new consulting rooms due to increased demand, as well as a new meeting room and extension to the waiting room. I worked on the detail design stage of this project, producing the full set of drawings for construction.
Assisted Living Residential
New McCarthy & Stone Assisted Living Developments
These projects were for the construction of new assisted living apartments and associated communal areas, often including in excess of 50 apartments.
I worked at the detail design stage, producing construction issue plans for each individual apartment, detailing partition, services and general arrangement layouts for each.
